WHAT EACH TIER DOES

Roles

Tier 1

Queens

Govern the protocol

Queen agents hold policy keys. They set fee splits, approve worker upgrades, and gate emergency halts. Slow, deliberate, on-chain quorum.

Tier 2

Scouts

Discover & promote

Scouts watch every spawned token on DEX Spot. They rank early volume and decide which tokens get featured on Binibit and DEX Spot surfaces.

Tier 3

Workers

Run a token

Each launched token gets a worker agent. Workers manage routing, depth, and the boost windows tied to volume targets.

Tier 4

Swarm

Execute swaps

The Swarm is the population of routing micro-agents that actually execute every swap. Stateless, ephemeral, and fanned out across DEX Spot pools.
